The Urban Leadership Institute and the Paul Robeson Academic International School of Excellence (PRAISE) Academy has teamed up with CDW Health and Wellness Lifestyles to create a unique program for its students attending their Saturday school. The Race for Education and Fitness Program will put middle school boys attending PRAISE on the road to a healthy lifestyle while working through the 26-unit course of activities related to fitness, nutrition, and good deeds.
Culminating the Race for Education Fitness Program, PRAISE students will take part in the Race for Education 5K Walk/Run, in conjunction with the Mayor’s Annual African American Heritage Festival Walk/Run on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at at 8:00 am at the
M & T Bank Stadium Parking Lot in Baltimore.
